The purposes of the processing

We need the information to administer your course registration and your participation in events, and to fulfil our other obligations towards you as a customer. As a customer, you may also receive information about customer activities, offers, events and other news about the company.

We collect and save the information only to be able to give you good service.

Email marketing to company representatives

We may process your email address, your name, and your title if you are a representative of a company working in an area where we offer training or our services. We process this information to market training or services that we think are relevant to you in your professional role, via email. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in marketing our services to potential customers. If you do not want us to process your information for these purposes, let us know, or click the unsubscribe link in the marketing we send. The processing lasts until you have declined the marketing or until we no longer judge that the marketing is relevant to you in your professional role.

Sharing with partners

For the same purposes as above, the personal data may also be processed by a partner organization. This happens only when it is needed to fulfil our obligations towards our customers under agreements, laws or other regulations.

Ordering training

When you order training or consulting from us, we process your name, your email address, your telephone number, and your address. We do this to book your place at the training, to deliver the training, to handle complaints, to send you important information before the training and to issue an invoice. The processing is necessary to fulfil the agreement you make with us to participate in training. It lasts until 2 years have passed from the time the training has been delivered, full payment has been received and any processes related to the training have been completed.

After you have participated in a training organized by us, we process your name and email address to send you a survey about your experience of the training. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in collecting opinions about our training to improve it. It lasts until 2 years have passed since the training.

After you have participated in a training organized by us, we process your name and email address to send you information about other training we organize, via email. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in marketing other relevant training to you as a former participant. It lasts until 2 years have passed since the training.

Your rights: access, correction and more

You have the right to request:

1. Access to your personal information. This means that you have the right to request an extract from the register of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data.
2. Correction of your personal data. We will, at your request, correct the incorrect or incomplete information we process about you as soon as possible.
3. Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
4. Restriction of processing. This means that your personal data is marked so that it may only be processed for certain limited purposes.
5. Withdrawal of consent. If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Responsibility

Tore Nestenius Datakonsult AB cannot be held responsible for data in the customer database in the event of sabotage, hacking or other events beyond our control.
