Ordering training

When you order a training or consulting from us, we process your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, and your address. The processing takes place to book a place at the training, to complete the training, to handle complaints, to provide important information regarding the training before the performance and to issue an invoice. The treatments are necessary to be able to fulfill the agreement you make with us to participate in training. The treatment lasts until 2 years have passed from the time the training has been performed, from the time full payment has been received and any processes related to the training have been completed.

After you have participated in a training organized by us, we process your name and e-mail address to send out a questionnaire survey regarding your experience of the training. The treatment is because we have a legitimate interest in collecting opinions about our educations to improve them. The treatment lasts until 2 years have passed since the education.

Information about processing of personal data, correction etc.

You have the right to request:

TN Data can not be held responsible for data in the customer database in the event of; sabotage, hacking or other events beyond our control.
