# C# – Beyond the Fundamentals

> Take your C# further with LINQ, generics, dependency injection, memory management, unit testing and TDD.

This workshop continues from [C# Introduction](https://tn-data.se/courses/csharp-introduction/). It covers more advanced C#: LINQ, delegates and lambdas, generics, dependency injection and memory management. The last part is about unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) in .NET: testing libraries, running and debugging tests, asserts, mocking and more advanced tests.

The workshop mixes presentations, demonstrations and hands-on exercises. It is up to date with C# 14, .NET 10 and Visual Studio 2026.

### Who Is This Workshop For?

Software developers with at least three months of practical experience with C# and .NET who want to take their skills further.

### Prerequisites

My [C# Introduction](https://tn-data.se/courses/csharp-introduction/) workshop, or equivalent practical experience in C#.

## About the Trainer

My name is [Tore Nestenius](https://tn-data.se/about/). I teach on-site and remotely, both directly for companies and through training companies in Europe. What I bring:

#### Do you provide both on-site and remote training classes?

Yes, I provide both types of training.

#### Do you provide training in both Swedish and English?

Yes, both options are available. All my course materials are in English and I can teach the class in either Swedish or English.

#### Do you do half-day training?

When I run on-site, I usually do full-day classes. For remote training, I can provide options for both half and full days.
